1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of https://dailydispatch.pro (the "Site") operated by Daily Dispatch Media ("Daily Dispatch", "we", "us") from 120 Robinson Road, #14-01, Singapore 068913. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, you must not use the Site.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above.

2. About our service

Daily Dispatch publishes news, analysis and community information about Singapore and the region. We are an independent media company and are not affiliated with any government agency, international news agency or other organisation with a similar name unless explicitly stated in a specific article.

Content on the Site is provided for general information purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on news reports.

3. Permitted use

You may access the Site for personal, non-commercial reading and may share links to our articles on social platforms using the canonical URL. You may quote brief excerpts with clear attribution to Daily Dispatch and a link to the original page. Automated scraping, bulk downloading or republication of substantial portions without written permission is prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law in Singapore or your jurisdiction;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, editorial systems or restricted directories;
• Submit false, defamatory or malicious content through contact forms or email;

5. User submissions

We are not obligated to publish submissions or to maintain confidentiality of unsolicited tips unless we agree otherwise in writing with a source.

Contact form submissions are handled according to our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential legal documents unless we have agreed to a secure transfer method.

6. Advertising and sponsored content

Some pages may include advertising or sponsored sections clearly labelled at the top. Sponsored content is paid for by advertisers and is distinct from independent news reporting. Advertising does not influence editorial coverage decisions. We do not guarantee specific placement or click-through rates to advertisers beyond contracted commitments documented in insertion orders.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100) unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daily Dispatch Media from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site or infringement of third-party rights through content you submit.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless we agree in writing to alternative dispute resolution.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence if those laws apply and cannot be contracted away.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

14. Assignment

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, provided the successor agrees to honour these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

15. Termination of access

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, attempted to disrupt our infrastructure or submitted abusive material through contact channels. Where practicable we will notify you by email before suspension unless immediate action is required to protect staff or readers.

16. Accessibility and format
