Who we are
Daily Dispatch Media operates an English-language newsroom focused on Singapore and the surrounding region. We are a private company and not affiliated with any government body, international wire service or other publication with a similar name.
Our mission
Daily Dispatch exists to help residents, business operators and policy watchers understand events that affect Singapore without hype or hidden sponsorship. We explain processes — how a bill becomes law, how a tender is evaluated, how a hospital cluster allocates beds — because context reduces anxiety and improves public debate.
We launched in 2019 from a small office near Telok Ayer before moving to Level 14 at 120 Robinson Road, where editors, reporters and production staff share an open floor plan designed for quick verification calls. Our beats include Parliament, courts, markets, transport, education, technology and community life.
Who we serve
Our readers include Singapore citizens and permanent residents, foreign professionals on employment passes, regional investors monitoring SGX listings and educators who need reliable background for classroom discussion. We write in plain English while preserving technical accuracy when covering regulation or finance.
Independence and funding
Revenue comes from display advertising sold directly to advertisers whose products we review for suitability, and from sponsored sections that are clearly labelled at the top of the page. Editorial staff do not share commission with the commercial team. Advertisers cannot preview articles before publication.

Visit our office
Meetings with editors are by appointment during Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 SGT. The nearest MRT stations are Tanjong Pagar and Downtown on the East-West and Downtown lines. Reception is on Level 14; please bring photo identification for building security.
